The 5 Roles

Duke
Take 3 coins or block foreign aid.

Assassin
Pay 3 coins to assassinate another player.

Captain
Steal 2 coins from a player or block stealing.

Ambassador
Exchange cards with the deck or block stealing.

Contessa
Block an assassination attempt.

Setup
Each player gets 2 face-down influence cards and 2 coins.
Bluff
Claim ANY role to use its action — even if you don't have it!
Challenge
Wrong bluff = you lose an influence. Wrong challenge = challenger loses one.
Win
Last player with influence remaining wins the court.
