✎ Round 1 clues are loud. Round 2 clues are evasive. Round 3 clues are deniable. The earlier you spoke, the more dangerous your words become.
¶01Players get secret words — most get the same word, one gets a similar word, one gets nothing (the Blank).
¶02Standard Undercover, so far.████████████
¶03The twist: after Round 2, every player secretly chooses to keep their role or flip to the Blank's team.
¶04Past clues become weapons.████████████
✎ Round 1 clues are loud. Round 2 clues are evasive. Round 3 clues are deniable. The earlier you spoke, the more dangerous your words become.

You all share the same secret word. Find the Undercover and the Blank.

You have a similar word. Blend in. Survive to the final 3.

You have NO word. You must guess what the Majority is talking about while seeming to know.

After Round 2, anyone may secretly switch to the Blank/Undercover side. Their early "majority" clues become evidence later.
Each player privately receives Majority / Undercover / Blank.
Each player gives ONE word. No repeats. No phrases.
Same — but everyone is now reading first-round clues for tells.
Every player secretly picks: stay loyal, or flip. Flippers join the Blank/Undercover team.
Round 3 onwards: clue, then vote one out per round. Revealed words are public.
Eliminate Undercover AND Blank before the field shrinks to 3.
Survive to the final 3 players.
The flip mechanic means clues from Rounds 1–2 can be weaponized later. A player who looked majority might now be a flipper, and their 'majority-coded' early clues become evidence that they were deflecting. Adds a meta-layer to a familiar game.
